For about two weeks I’ve tried to get my PCTV running again, but without luck, so now I found it in place to tell you about how impossible it is. Or at least give ONE example of how they (Microsoft and Pinnacle ) can fuck you over. Well first off, my software was too outdated for Vista so I had to locate the player needed and the drivers. Pinnacle homepage is a mess, finding anything useful is next to impossible. So finally I pb’ed it. Finally I installed the driver (ok) and the player. The player needed registration. I used the the serial given. Access DENIED! Hmm…. I logged in on pinnacles homepage, mailed the support about my problem. I used the crack. I didn’t work. Today (without any support yet) I tried once again and this time my serial worked. A successful installation. Happy as hell, I launched the program. BÖÖÖP! Error. You need Microsoft framework 2.0. Alright. Well how great wasn’t that?!

My previous software was too ‘old’ and my new software was too ‘new’ -fuckin’ asswipes.
